New figures show that there are a record number of people in work, including a record number of women and disabled people, and wages are growing at their fastest pace in 11 years as our policies are providing a solid foundation on which to build Britain’s economic future.

I have been out with residents and your local councillors delivering literature following a busy and robust public meeting.

Residents have massive concerns about the motion put forward by the Greens and amended slightly by Labour at the council meeting.

Council announces road repair plan

Wirral council has announced which roads will are being repaired in the 2019/20 financial year. The council report, known as the Structural Maintenance Programme or SMP for short, details which roads will be receiving attention this year.
